Video game store

Really impressed with these people. Sold some gold and got paid more than expected because the store manager took the piece as jewelry rather than scrap metal. I thought that was very fair play. Professional shop all around.

I spent two and a half hours in the store having issues with my cell phone service, Jordan was more than helpful getting everything cleared up for me. He remained extremely patient and polite the entire time. I would highly recommend asking for him to get the job done.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Went there to return an action figure which was opened when I bought it, only one employee was in the store, the assistant manager K(C?)rystal. She was on the phone for 15 mins while there were 3 people in her lineup, she didn't even acknowledge any of us until her conversation was over. She then looked at the item and said since it's open, she can't do anything about it. I told her it was like that when I bought it, I've been shopping at Gamestop (EB Games) for like 20 years I don't need to SCAM them for a $25 toy. She said they only do an exchange if the item is defective, I said I could've literally just pulled the figure out and broke off the arm and she'd give me store credit/exchange, but if I'm returning a fully intact figure, it's nothing?Ridiculous! Worst customer service experience I've had in my life, please go to Whitby South or Ajax and skip this Gamestop and its rude employees.

Seriously I got to alot of Walmarts as I am a collector of things and this one is by far the best! The staff, especially Cody the manager is amazing, helpful, and super friendly. They go out of their way to make sure customer service is top priority.

Cool shop with a huge selection of new and used video games. The staff is enthusiastic and helpful. The price is lower than pawn shops and competitive with the used market. But the value lies in everything the store offers, including a 30 day guarantee. The webstore is also accurate and orders are easy.RETRO will now be my go-to for both new releases and classics.

There are NEVER enough self checkouts open. People wait in line too long every single day. This so called supercentre has the worst management in the history of business. This walmart never stocks enough important products and i find it to be extremely frustrating and to be a waste of time MOST of the time.

Best grocery store to go to in St. Catharines. Walmart always has what you're looking for such as clothes, food, electronics, toiletries, health products and so much more. There is a very large self checkout centre and employees are always ready to help when there is a problem.

I am here to express my frustration and disappointment with my recent experience at your store. I have contacted Best Buy twice via chat and once over the phone about returning phones that I had activated in-store. I needed to return the phones due to poor reception and asked to come back when the promotions for iPhones are better and to change carriers to Telus.Each representative verified with me that I would be able to return the phones and keep the promotional gift cards as they were used to purchase a speaker through Best Buy. I visited the Aurora, Ontario, Canada location, which I was told by Best Buy support I would be able to do the return at any Best Buy, but the manager informed me that the only place I could return the phones would be the Newmarket, Ontario, Canada location. I wasted gas money driving out there, and then I had to spend more to get to the Newmarket location.Upon visiting the Newmarket location, I was treated rudely, lied to, and refused service. I have never been spoken to in such a manner in my life. Having a manager, Jonathan, tell me I have a bad choice of word attitude" and that I was giving them a hard time after telling them I was told by Best Buy themselves and the CRTC that I would be able to keep the gift cards.The managers said the system would not allow them to do it and would manually punch in a gift card while I was trying to return it so they could charge me for it.
