Unfortunately I have been here multiple times because it is the closest to my house. However every single time I go, I have a problem with the same person. There's a guy with long hair & a beard named Gavin, he must own the place. Never have I encountered such poor customer service. Not only does he talk down to his employees, he will speak to you in the rudest & most condescending manner you've heard. The first few times I thought maybe I caught him on a bad day, but it's happened much too many times. You have to see it to believe it! I can't believe somebody trying to sell products treats people like dirt.

My boyfriends birthday is today and we went in here so that he could choose a present. All the staff were great. Very chatty happy bunch. They were very helpful and went above and beyond to provide great customer service. Always a pleasure coming into this store. :)

The staff was helpful to understand what you are looking for. They help to find best available options. They have both new and refurbished options. Overall their refurbished stuff is also reliable I have purchased PS3 and PS4 and many games from them. Their service is satisfactory.

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with a game that I purchased the night before and the associates were quick to help find a solution to my problem. From their suggestions to the knowledge on games that I was interested in, they were extremely helpful in making me feel like a valued customer. I would highly recommend visiting this location!

Used to be my main store, but will never go back. Twice!! They had 1 customer, both employees were shooting the sh!t with the customer talking about games while I was standing their patiently for over 20min!!. The customer in front of me had already made his purchase and neither employee gave me the time of day for 20min. Buying all my game online or from Amazon from now on. Unacceptable!

I sent my wife to go buy a Super Mario Smash brothers for Nintendo switch, and when I got home from work I noticed that the game said “New” on the sticker with the price but there was not even a seal or the game wasn’t in any sort of wrapping. I thought all New games you buy for Nintendo switch should be in some sort of wrapping or at least a seal, unless it says “played”. This place takes advantage of people big time! I’ll be coming to the store tomorrow with the game and I better be getting a sealed game!Good luck everyone!

Adolfo is the best associate there. The people here are extremely friendly except for the one girl with glasses who is probably a manager of some sort. She holds this position like she runs the world. I'd give them a 5 but that that manager ruins my shopping experience when I visit. She needs to get off her high horse.

So the xbox controller ive bought from them in januraury, right analog stick is defective. You probably scammed me 80 dollars for thay xbox controller. And before i knew, i know there was something shady going on with that store especially trinity commons. That controller that you gave me already has dust on it. It was opened but later was resealed. What were you guys doing with those products? Using heat to unseal and reseal then sell it to the customer? If that's so and Canada is defending your bad practice then we have to kick you guys out. How on Earth did we accept bad businesses over here anyway?

You pay top dollar... but they got what you want good service. I'd recommend this store for a quick purchase if your not a bargain hunter. I was impressed by the number of sales tactics used to get me to close(buy). (Not that it's a bad thing, just the care they put into a single sale is impressive)

Had two staff members focused on one customer. I asked for assistance received a lackluster response. Asked the associate if he could attempt to look for stock at another location and he simply told me no. I left the store called another location myself and the associate at the other location was of more assistance over the phone when compared to the gentleman at this location.
